We're a power trio from Hayward. Josh Falcon on lead guitar. Jordan Walker on bass, with guitar and other instruments where the songs need them. Martin Olguin on drums. We met at CSU East Bay and clicked on the first jam. About a year in now.
Three of us, three different musical backgrounds. Josh writes from rock and metal. Jordan plays a lot of jazz, with funk and folk in the mix. Martin lives in latin grooves. We don't always agree on what to play next, but when we lock in, the song lands somewhere none of us would have written alone. The course of a storm. Loud, fast, dangerous, and quiet at the strangest moments.
Influences show up in a few places. Dream Theater and King Crimson on the architecture side. Megadeth and Metallica for weight. Pink Floyd is the breath between the heavy parts. Casiopea is the rhythm. Musicians in the room tend to notice.
